采用TIG堆焊方法在Q235钢板上堆焊铜合金.通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察了接头界面的组织形貌,分析了焊接工艺对铜合金层中泛铁量的影响;通过显微硬度计对堆焊接头的硬度分布以及焊接工艺对显微硬度的影响进行了分析.结果表明:铜合金层和界面的成分发生了变化,发现基体元素向铜合金层中熔解产生不同形状的泛铁相;堆焊层硬度由于微观组织的不均匀性和Fe元素的含量及分布具有很大的波动,平均显微硬度随焊接热输入的增加而增大.
