研究了7A12-T7352铝合金在室温~175℃温度范围内的拉伸性能及断裂行为.利用SEM,TEM分析合金经不同温度拉伸测试后的显微组织及断口形貌.结果表明:随试验的温度升高,7A12-T7352合金的拉伸强度逐渐降低,伸长率呈先增加后降低的变化趋势;7A12-T7352合金在高温拉伸过程中,析出相相对稳定,未发生明显长大;随试验的温度升高,断口中高温滑移特征以及基体/沉淀相界面的滑脱越来越显著,试验温度对7A12-T7352合金的变形、断裂特征有显著影响.
