通过对DD10单晶高温合金1100℃长时时效组织以及在1100℃/140MPa下持久试样断裂后不同部位的组织进行观察分析,研究应力对该合金组织稳定性的影响.结果表明:DD10单晶高温合金经1100℃/253h长时时效和1100℃/140MPa持久断裂后析出的TCP相均为富集Re,W,Cr和Mo元素的μ相.1100℃/140MPa持久条件下,应力的引入促进μ相的析出,且μ相的析出量随着应力的增大而增大,但应力未改变TCP相的析出种类和形貌.此外,应力促进γ'相的筏排化过程.
