以陶瓷先驱体硅树脂胶黏剂作为基体,TiB2和低熔点玻璃粉为活性填料制备用于连接Al2O3陶瓷的耐高温胶黏剂.利用傅里叶红外(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和剪切强度测试对胶黏剂的固化交联、耐热性、裂解产物的物相组成、连接层的微观形貌及连接性能进行了表征.结果表明,先驱体硅树脂在加热条件下能通过缩合反应进行固化交联,加入的活性填料TiB2和玻璃粉能与先驱体硅树脂的裂解产物发生化学反应,大幅度提高胶黏剂耐热性和高温连接性能.
