合成了一种新型润滑脂添加剂噻二唑衍生物.采用润滑脂铜片腐蚀实验评价了该添加剂在锂基润滑脂中的腐蚀抑制性能以及与腐蚀性添加剂的协同性能.结果表明,该添加剂可在金属表面形成牢固的保护膜,极大地提高了润滑脂的腐蚀抑制性能,而且与腐蚀性添加剂协同后,有效地抑制了后者的腐蚀作用.最后,探讨了该化合物的腐蚀抑制作用机理.
