对带状组织级别不同的两种石油专用油管钢在低温区饱和二氧化碳NACE溶液(5%NaCl+0.5%CH3COOH)中进行CO2腐蚀实验,并对两种钢的腐蚀速率和腐蚀形态进行了分析对比.结果表明:带状组织级别高的钢,发生局部腐蚀的倾向性大.为了提高石油专用管抗CO2腐蚀性能,应控制带状组织级别.
