通过对碳钢在3%NaCl溶液中进行50h浸渍干湿复合循环试验的锈层进行IR、XRD和SEM分析,确定腐蚀产物包括γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH、 Fe3O4和少量β-FeOOH.并提出γ-FeOOH和有保护能力的α-FeOOH是由FeOH+吸附在Fe5HO8·4H2O表面促使其溶解并转化而来;β-FeOOH和Fe3O4都是由绿锈转化而来, β-FeOOH还可自动转化成大颗粒α-FeOOH,它们都与高速度腐蚀有关.
