采用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱方法研究了丙炔醇对Q235钢在硫酸中的缓蚀作用.结果表明,丙炔醇属于抑制阳极反应为主的缓蚀剂,且随着浓度的不同阳极脱附现象有所差别.丙炔醇的缓蚀效率在4 h时出现明显的浓度极值,24 h后浓度极值现象消失,这主要由于丙炔醇的缓蚀机理发生了变化.随着丙炔醇浓度的升高,缓蚀作用由吸附反应变为了以聚合反应为主.
