本文以非晶态软磁合金作为敏感材料为对象,论述了脉冲感应型非晶态磁场传感器的研制。这种磁场传感器的工作原理建立在经典的电磁感应理论和非晶态软磁合金材料的线性磁化特性的基础之上。脉冲感应型非晶态磁场传感器具有灵敏度高、稳定性好、对使用环境要求低等特点。适用于检测各种微弱磁场,并能成为发展其他高级传感器的基础。

Taking the soft amorpho us alloy as a sensitive material,t hedevelopment of pulse induction type of amorphous alloy magnetic f ield sensor is discussed.The work- principle of magnetic sensor build s on the classical electromagnetic induction theory and the curve mag netic induction character of amorp hous soft magnetic alloy material. The amorphous magnetic field senso r of pulse induction type has high sensitity and good stability as we ll as low requirement of work cond itons.This sensor applies to any weak magnetic field and can be the bas e for developing other advanced se nsors.
