用电子全息技术测量了掺铌∑13[001]钛酸锶倾转双晶界面的电势场分布.结果显示掺杂前界面处的Schottky势垒已消失.表明铌原子占据了界面处氧离子空位,消除了电荷聚集在界面处的分布状态.有选择性地掺杂金属元素可以补偿晶界面固有的内禀缺陷,达到调制导电陶瓷材料电学性能的目的.
