运用X-射线衍射分析技术研究了不同成分铜基形状记忆合金淬火态马氏体结构、马氏体状态非等温时效过程中结构的变化规律、母相状态时效和连续变形过程中马氏体及母相结构的变化规律以及热循环过程中马氏体结构的变化情况.
