以LabVIEW为开发工具,采用人工神经网络技术、铜板热成像等可视化手段,开发了一套集成漏钢预报、结晶器热行为、非正弦振动技术以及钢液面流动特性的结晶器在线监控系统,并实施了在线应用,半年试运行表明系统达到了设计要求.
