介绍了不同工艺制备的Si3N4、SiC的性能,研究了Si3N 4-SiC复相陶瓷及其碳纤维复合材料研究发展现状,认为Si3N4-SiC复相陶瓷能够克服单一Si3N4 、SiC陶瓷断裂韧性低、烧结过程中晶粒长大造成强度下降等缺点,同时也弥补了SiC陶瓷强度较低的遗憾;而碳纤维的加入可以大大改善材料的韧性.认为结合Si3N4-SiC复相陶瓷的高强度和碳纤维复合材料的高韧性,可以制备出性能优良的Cf /SiC-Si3N4陶瓷基复合材料 ,并就此方面的研究进展进行了综述.
