高硅氧玻璃纤维布/酚醛树脂缠绕成型复合材料和碳纤维/酚醛树脂模压成型复合材料复合时,两者层间常出现严重脱粘。本文通过实验分析发现,导致两种复合材料层间脱粘的主要原因为高硅氧玻璃布/酚醛树脂缠绕层固化成型时的残余应力及中间层的影响。通过降低固化温度,减慢升温速率,减少富树脂层厚度等措施有效地解决了层间脱粘问题。

In this paper,the reason for interlaminar crack between carbon fiber reinforced phenolic resin and high silica reinforced phenolic resin materials is discussed.Results of experiments show that residual stress and influence of buffer layer are the main factors resulting in this problem.By taking measures such as decreasing curing temperature,slowing down heating rate and reducing thickness of the buffer layer etc.,the problem of interlaminar decementafion can be resolved successfully.
