研究了聚丙烯(PP)微粒与马来酸酐(MAH)在紫外线辐照下进行接枝反应.考察了单体MAH的用量、辐照时间等对接枝率的影响,以及接枝率与复合材料弯曲强度和冲击韧性的关系.通过IR、DSC和力学性能测试表明,在紫外线辐照下可实现PP-MAH固相接枝,而且接枝PP含量的提高使复合材料的弯曲强度和冲击韧性得到改善.
