分析了无压渗透法制备SiCp/Al复合材料中影响SiCp/Al系统润湿与渗透的因素.指出Mg、Si元素的存在有利于渗透;SiO2膜的存在可改善润湿性;当过程时间、过程温度不小于临界时间tm、临界温度Tm时,渗透会自发进行.
