研究了热塑性树脂聚醚砜(PES)对环氧树脂在液氮温度(LNT)下的断裂韧度、冲击韧性及其他力学性能的影响.结果表明:当PES质量分数大于23%时,PES在环氧树脂中形成连续相或半连续相结构,能有效阻止裂纹扩展,使树脂KIC在室温和液氮温度下分别增加247%和77%.在室温下,PES不能使环氧树脂冲击性能提高,但液氮温度下可使冲击韧性增加59%.液氮温度下,环氧树脂的弯曲、压缩和拉伸性能随PES质量分数增加而降低,但相对而言,弯曲和压缩性能受PES的影响较少,而拉伸性能受PES的影响较大.
