代表性体积元法是研究复合材料这类具有多尺度、离散分布多相体的有效手段.本文考虑复合材料增强体几何离散分布特征,通过引入增强体的离散分布函数,应用Python语言实现了Abaqus的二次开发,建立了长纤维增强结构复合材料代表性体积元的参数化自动生成方法.结果表明:(1)应用Python-Abaqus建立复合材料RVE随机特征模型是可行的;(2)该方法生成的模型纤维体积分数达65%,满足一般工艺的要求;(3)应用移动窗法给出代表性体积元的尺寸,体积元内应力的分布特征与一般合理预计是相符的.该研究为多尺度复合材料微结构提供了一种分析方法,可应用于复合材料微结构增效设计.
