制备了碳纤维/玄武岩纤维(CF/BF)增强酚醛树脂复合材料,研究了复合材料层合板不同胶合量对其层间剪切强度、热传导和耐烧蚀性能的影响.结果表明:CF/BF复合材料,在胶的体积分数为35%时,复合材料经纬向层间剪切强度达到最大值21和20 MPa;在胶的体积分数为39.5%处,热导率和线烧蚀率出现最低值0.366 W/(m·K)和87 μm/s.CF/BF混杂纤维复合材料性能符合混杂纤维复合材料性能混杂效应规律.

Carbon fiber (CF)/basah fiber (BF) hybrid fibers plain fabric reinforced phenolic resin composite was synthesized. The composite laminates were tested and the interlaminate shear strength, thermal properties and abla-tion behaviors were studied by adjusting its resin content. The testing results indicated that the CF/BF hybrid fiber re-inforced composites combined the advantages of both carbon fiber and basalt fiber. When resin content is 35%, the composite performance reach extreme value:warp and weft interlayer shear strength are 21 MPa and 20 MPa. When resin content is 39.5%,thermal conductivity and linear ablation rate are 0.366 W/(m·K) and 87 μm/s respectively. The properties of new composites has complied with the rules of hybrid effect.
