采用基体改性技术将ZrC引入C/C复合材料中,制备了一种C/C-ZrC复合材料.借助X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜及能谱等手段,对材料的微观结构进行了表征,采用三点弯曲试验研究了材料的力学性能,讨论了ZrC的添加对复合材料断裂行为的影响.结果表明:引入的ZrC相在材料中分布较连续,与C/C复合材料相比,ZrC的引进使得复合材料的弯由强度有所提高,但断裂模式由假塑性变为脆性断裂,其原因与材料中碳纤维与基体较强的界面结合有关.

C/C -ZrC composites were fabricated by inner-modification method via introducing ZrC into C/C composites. The structure and morphology of the composites were characterized by XRD, SEM and EDS analysis, and the mechanical properties of the materials were investigated by three point bending tests. The effect of ZrC additives on fracture behavior of the composites was studied. The results show that the ZrC phase reveals a continuous distribution in the composites. Compared with carbon/carbon composites without ZrC additives, the flexural strength of C/C - ZrC composites was increased by about 33.39% than that of the naked C/C composites, and the fracture mode of the composites was transformed from toughness to brittleness after the ZrC addition. The change of the fracture mode was mainly caused by to the strong interface combination between the carbon fibers and the substrate.
