研究了均匀化处理对两种含B的铸造TiAl合金铸造组织的影响.研究发现1370℃/5 min/OQ+1150℃/6 h/AC均匀化热处理能有效消除B2相,将β稳定化元素固溶到基体中,实现成分均匀化;1370℃/5 min/OQ+1 150℃/24 h/AC均匀化热处理后可使粗大的铸造片层组织分解转变为细晶近γ组织,平均晶粒直径50μm.
