DOPO及其衍生物具有高效阻燃、低烟、低毒排放的特点,可以作为环氧树脂的阻燃剂使用.本文研究了两种含DOPO结构的硅氧烷对环氧树脂阻燃性能的影响.结果表明,引入含磷硅氧烷后环氧树脂的热稳定性和阻燃性能都有明显的提高.在磷含量达到2%时,环氧树脂的LOI为32-33,可达到UL94 V-0级阻燃标准.引入硅烷链段可以通过磷硅协同效应进一步改善环氧树脂的阻燃性能.
