利用重入式谐振腔针对微波低频段复介电常数测试问题进行了研究,建立了测试系统并对样品进行了测试,验证了该测试方法的可行性.相对于其他同频段的测试方法,其具有体积小、测试精度高、样品放置方便等优点.
