高级检索

列举了一批近年来得到开发应用的TFT LCD显示用液晶材料,并分析了其发展趋势.TFT LCD要求液晶材料具备高电压保持率、低粘度、低双折射率等特性,而传统的液晶材料无法满足上述要求.含氟液晶、环己烷类液晶、乙烷类液晶因其极性较低,分子粘度低,电阻率高,电压保持率高,在TFT LCD中得到广泛应用.初步阐明了其分子结构与物理性能之间的关系,为新型液晶分子设计及配方设计提供了线索.
