采用过氧溶胶-凝胶法在室温下制备了具有电致变色和光致变色特性的10mol%Li掺杂MoO3薄膜.对薄膜循环伏安特性和光学特性的测试结果表明,经120℃处理的Li+掺杂MoO3薄膜具有良好的电化学性能及电致变色性能.采用Raman光谱对Li+掺杂MoO3薄膜光变色前后结构的分析表明,薄膜经紫外光照后结构进行了重组,有序性增强,且吸收光谱研究表明薄膜具有较好的光致变色特性.
