利用新型的含有噁二唑基团PPV衍生物,制备了结构为ITO/PVK∶OPPV(2∶1质量比)/OXD(40nm)/Alq(20nm)/Al 的器件,研究了该PPV衍生物的发光特性.结果表明:OPPV发光峰位于460nm,是一种蓝色电致发光聚合物材料.噁二唑基团的引入,改善了PPV衍生物的电子传输特性.
