N*-Sc*铁电液晶由于具备自发极化值较小、能够实现灰度、快速响应等特点,能够满足场序全彩色显示的要求,近年来倍受关注.采用传统的摩擦取向的方法,通过在N*-Sc*相变时施加10 V直流电压,得到了没有SA相铁电液晶的均匀排列.并且获得了半"V"字型的电光特性.分析了摩擦强度和相变时施加的电压对获得均匀排列的影响.
