为了驱动dot line交流模式下的液晶屏,设计了一种新型的专用源驱动器.在这种新的源驱动器中,使用了三级锁存结构,它可以完成数据重组以适应dot line交流驱动模式,而不需要专用LCD控制器进行数据处理.HSPICE软件进行晶体管级模拟结果验证了三级锁存源驱动器的数据重组功能.

The new application specific source driver was developed in order to drive the LCD panels with dot line inversion. In this new structure, three latches structure is adopted. With no extra requirement on the application specific LCD controller to implement the display data process, the data driver can fulfil the display data re-arrangement to suit for the dot line inversion. The transistor level simulation of the digital part of the three-latch source driver was done by HSPICE to demonstrate the data re-arrangement.
