针对现有的ZnO纳米针场发射的均匀性和稳定性不良问题,提出丝网印刷碳纳米管(CNTs)掺杂过滤的Zno纳米针的方法,将印刷的薄膜在450~600℃下烧结,并研究了过滤及CNTs掺杂对ZnO纳米针场发射性能的影响.结果表明,印刷薄膜在450℃下烧结,尽管还有残余的浆料存在,但CNTs没有被氧化,而在500℃和600℃下烧结,几乎所有的CNTs被氧化.场发射测试结果显示在相同的电压下,450℃烧结的薄膜具有最高的场发射电流密度和最好的场发射稳定性.由此表明,利用过滤和CNTs掺杂可以有效地提高ZnO纳米针场发射的均匀性和稳定性.
