为了确定真空荧光显示器(Vacuum Fluorescent Display,VFD)亮度特性(灯丝发射电流、电流分配系数、发光效率和亮度)与阳极电压的关系,缩短开发时间并提高新品开发的成功率,选取8种常见颜色荧光粉制作了8种型号的VFD实验样品,实测每个步长阳极电压下的灯丝发射电流、阳极电流以及亮度数据,利用最小二乘法得到了灯丝发射电流随阳极电压变化的关系,采用右逼近法分别给出了电流分配系数及发光效率的威布尔拟合公式,最终确定了亮度随阳极电压变化的计算表达式,研究结果表明,实验设计方案切实可行,灯丝发射电流、电流分配系数及发光效率随阳极电压变化的拟合公式精确度很高,亮度的计算值与实验值相比误差很小,便于在设计之初只需根据阳极电压设计值就能够获得VFD的亮度特性,为VFD的结构优化设计提供重要的理论依据和技术参考.

In order to determine the relationship between luminance characteristics(filament emission current, current distributive coefficient, luminous efficiency and luminance) and anode voltage for Vacuum Fluorescent Display(VFD), shorten developing time and improve successful rate of new product development, eight types of VFD produced by fluorescent phosphors of eight colors were used as test samples, and the filament emission current, the anode voltage and the luminance were measured under each step of anode voltage. The calcu-lating formula between the luminance and the anode voltage for VFD was achieved by apply-ing least square method(LSM) to fitting the relationship between the filament emission cur-rent and the anode voltage, and right approximation method to calculate Weibull fitting for-mulae of the current distributive coefficient and the luminous efficiency. The research results demonstrate that test design scheme is correct and feasible, that the fitting formulae of the filament emission current, the current distributive coefficient and the luminous efficiency have very high accuracy, and that the calculated luminance has less error than the experimen-tal one. It would not only determine luminance characteristics based on the designed value of anode voltage at the beginning of VFD design very conveniently, but also provide significant theoretical foundation and technical guidance for VFD structural optimization design.
