利用磁控溅射方法在ZnS基底上设计并制备了一种Ge1-xCx双层膜.研究发现双面镀Ge1-xCx双层膜后,ZnS基底在8~11.5μm远红外波段的平均透过率提高了9.5%,硬度提高了近3倍,而且该双层膜还具有良好的热稳定性和耐热冲击能力.研究结果表明,此Ge1-xCx双层膜是一种高效的ZnS红外窗口增透保护膜.
