介绍了一种没有驱动器可兼容多极性控制信号的90°MMIC多倍频程数字/模拟兼容移相器的设计、制造和性能.获得了高性能(在5~20GHz频率范围内,低的峰值相移误差≤(90±5)°;低的输入/输出驻波≤1.5和低插入损耗及起伏≤(3.0±0.5)dB)和小芯片尺寸(4.2mm×0.6mm×0.1mm).

Design, fabrication and characterization of a compatible multi- polarity con- trol signals multi- octave 90° MMIC phase shifter with either digital or analogue without drivers is described in this paper. High performance (low peak phase error ≤ (90± 5)° , low input/output VSWR≤ 1.5, low insertion loss variations≤ (3.0± 0.5)dB, from 5 to 20GHz frequency range) and small size (4.2mm× 0.6mm× 0.1mm) are exhibited.
