介绍了近年来γ-Fe2O3超微粉在制备方法上的新进展,以及用作气敏材料时,通过掺杂不同化合物以提高其相变温度和气敏性等。

The preparation methods of γ-Fe2O3 ultrafine powders in recent years are summarized. The mechanisms for improving gas-sensing properties and increasing the temperature of phase transition by doping different chemical compounds are described when γ-Fe2O3 is used as gas- sensing materials.
