研究了 B位 Zr掺杂对 (Pb0.45Ca0.55)(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PCFN)陶瓷的烧结行为、微观结构及微波 介电性能的影响。试验结果表明 ,PCFNZ陶瓷能在相对较低的温度下烧结 (12000C/2h),在 x=0.025 时 ,有较高的 Q· f值 ,它的微波介电性能 :Q· f=9828GHz,ε r=91,τ f=9ppm/0C,用这种材料做成的 带通滤波器在中心频率为 928.4MHz下 ,插入损耗为 2.469dB,满足插入损耗应小于 3dB的要求。
In present work, the sintering behavior, microwave dielectric properties as well as microstruc- ture of Zr- substituted solid solution with general formula (Pb0.45Ca0.55)(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O3 (PCFN) were investigated. The experimental results show that these ceramics can be sintered at a relatively low tem- perature of 12000C/2h. The PCFNZ ceramics at x=0.025 has excellent dielectric properties at micro- wave frequency: Q· f=9828GHz, ε r=91,τ f=9ppm/0C. The insertion loss of two- hole band pass filter made of PCFNZ ceramics at the center frequency of 928.4MHz is 2.469dB, which fulfilled the requirement that the insertion loss should be smaller than 3dB.
