生物芯片是受到国内外普遍重视的新技术 , 借助于微制造技术研究成果 , 近年来发展非常 迅速 . 讨论了目前生物芯片所采用的微制造技术的特点、存在的问题和发展前景 , 对生物芯片的 发展具有积极的现实意义 .
