一种对于电泳微芯片的检测信号进行处理的新方法,可以提高其信号的信噪比.这种基于激光诱导荧光(LIF)检测系统的方法,通过对检测信号进行的一系列低通滤波、放大等处理,从而达到提高信噪比、降低检测限的目的.将本方法应用于DNA片段的分离实验中,可以提高信噪比(SNR)至6-8倍,检测限(LOD)降低至10-10mol/L.
