研究了各种不同 A位离子半径大小的钙钛矿型锰氧化物,分析了其对于材料的金属-绝缘 体相变温度的影响,提出应将此类材料分成较大 eg电子带宽和低 eg电子带宽两类来考虑,并对这 两类材料随 A位 R3+( R=La,Pr...)离子和 M2+ (M=Ca,Sr...)离子的不同半径大小显示出的不 同规律给出了定性的解释.
