研究了La1-xSrxMnO3导电陶瓷的导电性和红外吸收.结果表明,随着x的增加,电阻率减小.在x=0.5时,出现电阻率最小值,然后随着x的增加电阻率进一步增加.具有最大红外吸收峰的导电陶瓷对应最小的电阻率.同时,探讨了La1-xSrxMnO3导电陶瓷的导电机理.

Conductivity and infrared absorption of La1- xSrxMnO3 conductive ceramics were investigated. Results show that the resistivity decreases with increasing x, undergoes a minimum at x=0.5, and then increases with further increases of x. The conductive ceramics with the largest infrared absorption peak correspond to the smallest resistivity. And the conductive mechanism of La1- xSrxMnO3 conductive cera- mics is analyzed.
