电流变液作为工作介质应用于流体控制系统,可用于没有机械运动部件的流体控制阀, 阀 的流量和压降可直接由电场信号来调节.介绍了电流变阀的设计准则,设计制作了 4件电流变阀 组成一流体控制元件用于流体动力控制,并对不同电场强度下的流量、压力特性等进行了理论和 实验分析.
The design criterion of electrorheological (ER) valve was proposed, four ER valves were then manufactured, and an ER fluid control system consisting of ER valves bridge circuits was con- structed. The results from theoretical and experimental studies show that the flow rate gain of ER fluidcontrol unit is near linear and flow- pressure characteristics are almost unvaried upon different electricfield strength.
