采用玻璃熔融法,通过紫外灯光照并辅以热处理诱导玻璃内部Ag微粒的析出,在CdS-P2O5-Na2S体系中制备了含CdS/Ag的微晶玻璃.XRD测试表明在玻璃样品中分布着CdS/Ag微粒,通过高分辨扫描电镜可以看出在玻璃中均匀分布着直径约为3μm的颗粒.吸收光谱测试表明掺杂CdS/Ag颗粒后样品的吸收强度明显增加,同时在420nm处存在一个尖的吸收峰,可以认为是由于Ag颗粒的析出所造成的.探讨了紫外光光还原金属Ag的机制,即辐照产生的电子作为还原剂来还原金属银.讨论了Ag颗粒的稳定性,可以通过控制热处理条件和光照来调节银颗粒的大小及分布,使其更加均匀.
