将氟化锂(LiF)层引入MEH-PPV:C60掺杂系统的有源层与Al电极层之间,会使MEH-PPV:C60器件的光伏特性发生改变.实验发现,对于未掺杂的MEH-PPV器件,LiF层可以同时提高开路电压和短路电流;对于MEH-PPV:C60掺杂器件,LiF层可以提高器件的开路电压,却减小了短路电流.因为,LiF在电荷产生层与Al电极层之间形成了一个偶极层,它相当于降低了阴极的功函数,因此可以提高器件的内建电势和开路电压.LiF对于掺杂和未掺杂器件的不同影响是C60和MEH-PPV不同的LUMO能级造成的.
