利用溶剂引导的无序-有序相转变的方法制备了形貌可控的自组织嵌段聚合物薄膜,并对影响形貌的条件进行了讨论.通过控制一系列由大变小的溶剂蒸发速率,获得了形貌依次为无序多孔、有序多孔、有序多孔和面内柱状混合结构、及面内柱状等一组自组织图案,并以之为模板引导气相沉积团簇自组装,制备了"密集排列"的纳米粒子有序点阵.
