碳纳米管与金属电极间的接触特性是提高纳米器件性能的重要因素.本文采用介电电泳在金属对电极上组装碳纳米管,形成金属-碳纳米管-金属结构.将样品分别在200℃、300℃、400℃下恒温退火1h后自然冷却.通过测量样片的伏安曲线,根据曲线线性度和斜率来评价退火前后的接触状态.实验表明,在三种温度下退火,接触电阻均有不同程度的减小.但一段时间间隔后,电阻又会增加.在本次实验时间范围内,其接触电阻均小于退火前.样片在300℃下分别退火30min、60min、90min后比较其电阻的大小,发现电阻随着退火时间的延长而逐渐减小.
