随着世界范围内对高性能软磁材料的需求日益增加,添加不同合金元素的FINEMET合金的性能及其纳米结构的研究近年来引起了广大科研工作者的兴趣.本文回顾了不同合金元素对软磁合金材料的纳米结构和性能的影响的研究进展,并讨论了不同热处理工艺对合金软磁性能的影响.要更进一步的降低成本和提高材料性能,我们必须对合金成分,合金制备方法及热处理工艺进行优化.

The research on the properties and structures of FINEMET alloy with different addictive ele-ments has attracted a lot of interest worldwide due to the increased demand of high quality soft magnetic materials. The effect of the different substituting alloying elements on the properties and nanostructures of FINEMET alloy has been reviewed in this article. The influence of different heat treatment methods and varied additions of alloy elements on soft magnetic properties of F1NEMET alloy has also been discussed in the article. In order to further reduce the cost and improve the performance, properly designing of composition and heat treatment are required.
