采用水热法制备了超级电容器用MnO_2纳米棒.运用SEM、XRD和N_2吸附对实验制备的MnO_2进行了形貌和结构分析.通过循环伏安和恒流充放电测试研究了MnO_2的电化学性能.结果表明,实验制备的MnO_2纳米棒为仅型结构,直径为50-70nm,比表面积为105.2m~2/g.在-0.5-0.4V(vs.SCE)的电位范围内表现出典型的赝电容行为和良好的功率特性,电流密度为10mA/cm_2时,其比容达到413F/g.

MnO_2 nanorods for supercapacitors were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method. The sam-ples were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , N_2 adsorption and X-ray diffraction ( XRD). Cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge - discharge were used to characterize the electro-chemical performance of the samples. The results showed that the prepared samples were a-MnO_2 with a BET specific surface area of 105. 2m~2/g. The particles were in a rod shape with a diameter of 50 to 70nm. In an electrolyte of lmol/L (NH_4)_2S0_4, electrode based on the MnO2 showed perfect pseudoca-pacitive and power characterization in the potential region of -0.5~0.4V(vs. SCE). At a current den-sity of 10mA/cm~2, a specific capacitance of 413F/g was achieved.
