本文采用CuPc作为电子给体,C_(60)作为电子受体制备了ITO/CuPc/C_(60)/Al异质结太阳能电池.实验表明器件中活性层(CuPc/C_(60))对太阳能电池的光电性能有很大的影响.主要原因是有机物的激子扩散长度大约是十几纳米左右,产生的激子大多数在未到达异质结之前就已经复合.本文讨论了活性层(CuPc/C_(60))的厚度比,并获得其最优比例.

In this work, copper phthalocyanine ( CuPc) and buckminsterfullerene ( C_(60) ) were used as do-nor and acceptor, resprcively, in organic photovoltaic(PV) solar cells with a structure of ITO/CuPc/C_(60)/Al. It was found that the performance of PV was sensitive to the thickness of active layer ( CuPc and C_(60)). Because of the limited exciton diffusion length L, I. E. The characteristic distance over which excit-ons migrate before recombining, the thickness of a photoactive layer in organic solar cells is often limited to the values typically of the order of L. In present work, the optimal thicknesses ratio of CuPc to C_(60) as active layers were discussed in deail.
