该文在分析压电纤维复合材料自身特点和制作工艺的基础上,建立了正交异性压电纤维复合材料(OPFC)传感元件的理论模型,采用改进的排列一浇注法制作了不同尺寸的OPFC传感元件,并就其正交异性、灵敏度及极化工艺等驱动性能进行仿真与实验测试,提出了相应的改进措施.其实验结果为OPFC传感元件的进一步研究与应用奠定了良好的基础.

The article is on the basis of analyzing the own characteristics of the Piezoelectric Fiber Composites and its production process.We have established a theoretical model of Orthotropic Piezoelectric Fiber Composites(OPFC)sensor and have used an improved ranging-pouring method to produce a different size of OPFC sensor.We also did some simulation and experimental tests on the Orthotropic,sensitivity,polarization and other driver performances of the OPFC sensor.Then we promoted some corresponding methods to improve.The results of the experiments laid a good foundation for the further research of OPFC sensor.
