采用高温固相法制备了xSrO·yAl_2O_3:Eu~(2+) ,Dy~(3+)+ m%(摩尔分数)(H_3BO_3) (m =15,20,23,25,30,35)系列蓝色光致发光材料.X射线衍射(XRD)结果表明:m=15~20之间产品为SrAl2O4,Sr_2Al_6O_(11)和Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25)的混合物,m=23时产品主相为Sr_2Al_6O_(11),m= 25~35之间产品主相为Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25).利用荧光分光光度计和亮度计研究了材料的发射光谱,衰减曲线,结果显示:随着硼酸量的增加,发射峰值先蓝移后红移,而余辉时间则逐渐变长.从而得到了制备蓝色铝酸锶发光材料Sr_2Al_6O_(11):Eu~(2+) ,Dy~(3+)的最佳硼酸量,并且对硼酸在材料合成过程中的作用机理进行了探讨.

The blue luminescence materials of xSrO·yAl_2O_3: Eu~(2+), Dy~(3+)+ m%(molar fraction)(H_3BO_3)(m=15 ,20,23 ,25 ,30,35) were synthesized by the conventional solid state reaction method.The X-ray diffraction(XRD) showed that the phosphors are compounds of SrAl_2O_4, Sr_2Al_6O_(11) and Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25) with m=15~20, Sr_2Al_6O_(11) is the dominant host phases with m=23, Sr_4Al_(14)O_(25) is t he dominant host phases withm=25~35. The emission spectra and afterglow curves were investigated by spectrofluorometer and photometer. The results reveal that with the increase of amount of H_38O_3, the emission peak is shifted to the shorter wavelength side, and then to the longer wavelength side; and the afterglow time increase all the times, The optimum amount of H_3BO_3 to synthesize the blue strontium aluminate phosphors is obtained,and then this paper explained the function of boric acid in the synthesis of the material.
