采用示差扫描量热法、X射线和扫描电镜等研究含磷和无磷Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2(LAS)低膨胀透明微晶玻璃的析晶动力学和晶化过程,分析P2O5对LAS微晶玻璃晶化过程和微观结构的影响.结果表明:P2O5可以影响玻璃的玻璃分相和晶体相转变过程.一方面P2O5可以作为很好的晶核诱导剂,诱导核化需要的两相分离,有利于晶体的成核和长大;另一方面会增加结晶活化能(E),使玻璃网络结构重排困难,并存在α-锂辉石向β-锂辉石得转变过程,抑制晶粒生长.
