高级检索

利用溶胶凝胶法制备了CaCu3 Ti4 O12 (CCTO),相对介电常数高达123000.通过对不同温度烧结的样品断口进行能谱分析,发现晶界有明显的Cu富集,而且样品介电常数以及电导率均与晶界处Cu含量成正比.分析了Cu的偏析度对介电常数的影响及其巨介电机理.
